TDS Fiber Registration: By registering, you agree to be contacted by TDS with updates and that TDS technicians may access your premises prior to installation to survey or place temporary or permanent facilities including buried or aerial fiber to your home. Registering does not obligate you to order service. Nor is TDS obligated to deliver fiber service to you. If your area requires a registration fee, it will be applied as a credit towards your first month's bill and is only refundable if TDS does not build to your address. Availability of fiber service is not guaranteed; TDS reserves the right to determine whether any services are made available to a particular address.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your TDS experience within the first 30 days, TDS will give you your money back for Internet, TV, Phone, and Whole Home Wi-Fi services billed within the 30-day window. Customer must provide notice of disconnection prior to 30 days after installation and request the "Money Back Offer" at time of disconnection. $50 and $25 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard Offers: Valid for residential customers who add qualifying services. Customer must enter valid claim code to be eligible during checkout. Rate Changes: All other rates, including but not limited to Internet, TV, and equipment fees, are subject to change over the life of the agreement. TDS reserves the right to modify the rates and fees with prior notice to you. You will be notified of any rate changes in writing or electronically, as per applicable laws and regulations.

High-Speed Internet: Availability varies and speeds shown may not be available at all service addresses. Certain speeds are only offered in areas served by TDS Fiber. Speed ranges shown are expressed as "up to" to represent network capabilities between customer location and the TDS network. Most customers can expect to receive a stable speed within the range of the product purchased as allowed by the quality and capability of the connection; however, actual speeds experienced by customers vary and are not guaranteed. Some customers may receive lower than the indicated speed range. Speeds vary due to various factors, including but not limited to: distance from switching locations, network equipment, delivery technology, and external/internal network conditions. Speed tests may produce inconsistent results due to various factors, including the speed test program or website used, the number of devices connected to the customer's modem, and whether the speed test is conducted over Wi-Fi. Customers that are not receiving the indicated speeds may cancel their service or downgrade to a lower-speed service without any termination or switching charges. Otherwise, a $15 service charge may apply to existing customers who switch plans without increasing speed or adding qualifying service. In order to maximize Internet speeds above 100Mbps, a compatible network interface card is required.

TDS Whole Home Wi-Fi: Service includes base station and one (1) wireless mesh extender. Additional wireless mesh extender(s) are available for an additional monthly fee. All troubleshooting of PCs, mobile devices, and home-network components is done over the phone, online chat, or remote Internet session. Home visits are not offered as part of this service. TDS does not guarantee TDS Whole Home Wi-Fi support can solve all problems. Other internet equipment may be required and normal fees apply. In-home installation fee of $49.95 applies when self-install is available and not used. Handling fee may apply. Requires TDS Internet Service.

TDS Whole Home Wi-Fi Security Pack: Includes TDS Whole Home Wi-Fi , TDS Internet Security, and Remote PC Support. All previously paid monthly fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. TDS Whole Home Wi-Fi: service includes base station and one (1) wireless mesh extender. Additional wireless mesh extender(s) are available for an additional monthly fee. Other internet equipment may be required and normal fees apply. In-home installation fee of $49.95 applies when self-install is available and not used. Handling fee may apply. TDS Internet Security: does not affect Internet connection speeds. Subscription includes 10 licenses and covers PC, Android, iOS, and Mac. Other operating systems are not covered. Other anti-virus software must be removed from your device before installing TDS Internet Security. Not all product features are available on all device types. The iOS operating system doesn't allow third-party applications to control other applications. Features such as "Application Blocking" will not work on iOS devices. Remote PC Support: Home visits are not offered as part of the service. All troubleshooting of PCs, mobile devices, and home-network components is done over the phone, online chat, or remote Internet session. TDS does not guarantee Remote PC Support can solve all problems. Requires TDS Internet Service.

TDS TV+: Wireless TDS TV+ Set Top Box (STB) signal quality/range varies, and additional wiring may be required. A minimum of one STB required per account. Wireless STBs require compatible Wi-Fi equipment. Some channels are not available in all areas. Sports programming is subject to in-market availability and blackouts. TDS TV+ service uses your internet connection and bandwidth availability may restrict resolution and TV streams available. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. TiVo and OnePass are trademarks or registered trademarks of TiVo Brands LLC. Cloud DVR functionality requires a TDS TV+ STB and optional monthly DVR storage fee. TV Everywhere requires TDS TV+ service and Internet access. Customers cannot switch back to TDS TV once upgraded to TDS TV+.

Cloud DVR functionality is included with TDS TV+ and requires a TDS TV+ Receiver and optional monthly DVR storage fee. Downgrading DVR storage or recording content without available storage will result in deleted recorded content. When content is deleted it will be based on the oldest recorded content first, unless specified to keep "as long as possible." All content, even content marked "as long as possible," will automatically be deleted as space is needed for new recordings. Based on network requirements a limited number of network recordings will expire automatically after 90 days from the date it was recorded. A limit of 10 programs can be recorded simultaneously.

TDS TV+ App: Features and functionality are subject to change. TDS Telecommunications reserves the right to determine the timing and content of software updates, which may be automatically downloaded and installed by TDS products without prior notice to you. We do not endorse or warrant the performance of any included third-party apps or advertised third-party products or services which are accessible from the TDS TV+ Receiver. Your use of third-party apps is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the app provider. You may register a maximum of 7 unmanaged (customer owned) personal devices. A maximum of 5 unmanaged devices can concurrently stream live content. You can manage your registered devices by logging into your TDS My Account. Live content can only be streamed while your unmanaged device is on the same local network as your TDS managed device(s). TDS reserves the right to determine which unmanaged devices are allowed to function with TDS TV+. To see which devices are capable please visit tdstelecom.com.

TV Everywhere: Requires a tdstelecom.com email address and internet access. Customer receives TVE access to channels in their TDS TV+ subscription. Type and amount of content available for each network is determined by network, and subject to change. Use of parental controls can restrict or filter programming available.

TDS TV+ On Demand: Parental controls can be used to restrict and/or filter programming. Customer will receive on-demand content based on the channels in their TDS TV+ subscription. TV network determines type and amount of content available, which is subject to change.

Important Notice to Tenants in Multiple-Unit Buildings: TDS Telecom may have an exclusive marketing agreement with your landlord.
